My Russian is rather rusty (I took some introductory classes when I was a student) - but it doesn't take much knowledge of the language to see that http://hl7.ru/?p=58 is a translation of http://www.ringholm.de/docs/04300_en.htm.

The same site offeres a series of posts related to a Russian translation of the HL7 v3 Guide. There is also a Russian version of HL7 v2.2, and our CDA R2 examples archive contains a Russian CDA implementation guide.

There is no HL7 Russia (even though this blogger uses the hl7.ru domain). It'll be interesting to find out who's behind the blog and the initiative to create these translations .. translations require knowledge about the subject matter and are no mean feat.
